I chose this course on the hopes of becoming a paatry chef. Faculties are really encouraging and ready to help us at all times but they are very strict. They are experienced in their fields. Teaching method is face to face using boards and also ppt. Practicals are also there. Exams usually occur once in 2 months and its easy to pass.
