As a second year student at Christ, I can say that the fee generally increases each year. However, the exact percentage varies. When I joined it was 2.6 lakhs however now it's increased to 2.9 lakhs. There are scholarship for students. It's based on merit and need.
the fees for my course are 80,000 which is quite reasonable compared to other colleges. according to the placement, we get and other exposure it is worth the price. and the fees are pretty justified as compared to a normal BCom degree.
BCOM costs Rs.55000 per year for me as a student from Karnataka. It increases upto a certain percentage every year. The fee structure varies for students of Kerala, other parts of India, and NRI's. There are scholarships available and we can apply if we are eligible for them by providing necessary documents. Internships take place in the final year(5th sem). We should have an aggregate percentage of 70 to apply for it. Reputed Companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and many more come to recruit students. There are various rounds in order to get selected. Other chargers include books, food, hostel/pg, and certificate courses that are mandatory. Apart from that are the other basic facilities you avail that is the traveling expenses, snacks and so on.
There is no fees hike and it's a reasonable amount itself as compared to other colleges and it's worth of for the overall curriculum and extra curicular. The admission fees 55000 there was a extra amount of 5000 which was for the christ management. As far as I know the fees is reasonable compared to other top colleges in Bangalore.I haven't recieved any scholarships because I was from a general merit but there was financial assistance provided to many students who had lost there both the parents in the pandemic and also there was a extension of time for the payment of full fees.In case if they didn't pay even after that those students hallticket was being blocked and realsed after the payment of fees. Many internship of top companies like Goldman Sachs,De Shaw,Delliote and EY had come for internships but hardly few were able to passout the the exams and there were few as well but very less as compared.
The fee structure varies for courses over time. We'll have to pay it for 1 year that is 2 semesters. We can also avail of the various scholarship applicable to us. We can also avail of the installment option if we are not able to pay it at once. We also have opportunities for placements. Reputed Companies come and recruit students. To apply the companies will provide a cutoff according we have to apply for it within the given time. There will be various rounds that have to be cleared in order to get the offer letter. We should also ensure that we clear the degree without any backlog for Joining to work. And placement opportunities start from the 5th semester. The fee structure according to me at this university is affordable compared to the other universities.
The fee is 80000 for the first year and for the second and third year, it falls down to 53000 rs. It is purely a rich people's college so it will be hard for poor families to pay the fees apart from the additional expenses like hostel, food, clothes, travel, entertainment, etc. If we pay attention to class then it is easy to study. It would be better if there was more focus on students. Since it is a big institution, they sometimes give 50 percent concession and most other times, it's 25 percent. Otherwise, the payment policy is pretty good and you will have to pay for the semester. before you actually start it.
Fees in Christ Compared to Other College is Good, They give scholarship where it is differentiated as SC/ST and another caste which is not good, SC/ST have rich People, and Brahmin and Other caste have Poor people, we should treat everyone inequality, that's where everyone loses hope towards college, but Christ provide fees concession if we request
There is no fess hike and cist to study it is fixed 50 k per year. I didn't get any stipend or scholarships. I didn't apply for any scholarships. You get many internship opportunities many big companies come to take placements like gs and Deshaw.
University provides lots and lots of fee concession and helps the students. And they also understand the family's financial conditions.
The curriculum is a very well thought out and planned one. The syllabus is upto date and extremely relevant in modern times. Faculty is very well versed with their teachings. They also stay up to date with everything.
