Christ University BBA: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

I have made a table for the updated BBA fee structure at Christ University, for you below. 

I am pursuing BBA in Accounting and Finance from Christ University. The BBA program at Christ University Bangalore offers a rigorous industry-aligned course curriculum. It also helps to achieve successful employment in the fast-paced business world. I have already received 2 internships in the last 2 years. 

There are several benefits of pursuing a BBA course from Christ University. I have listed some of them here:

• My senior batch has received good placement offers from here. Christ University focuses on an industry-oriented BBA curriculum rather than just theory.
• Christ University provides a good learning environment with a diversity of students from various streams and since admissions are entrance-based only focused & hard-working students manage to get admission. 
• On the other hand, Amity University has high strength for classes which somehow has an adverse impact on education quality and the learning environment.

Session 4 exam selection process for CUET 2024 for the BBA course is scheduled from May 14 - May 18, 2024. The last date for application was April 28 and the result for the same will be announced on May 19. To check the results, you need to visit the official website of Christ University. Then log in with your given login credentials and check the results. 

CUET is conducted only once a year by Christ University. You need to complete 10+2 in any stream with 50% scores from a recognized board and qualify CUET exam. Then you will have group discussion and personal interview rounds.

Christ University holds a high rank among the top BBA colleges in India. According to me, Christ University is far better than Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. I will state the reasons why:

Academics: Christ University is well renowned for its excellent academics, it has a rigorous industry-oriented course curriculum that helps students to gain crucial skills and knowledge. It has an updated course curriculum while Saheed Bhagad Singh follows a different course curriculum.

Faculty: Christ University has well-educated and highly experienced faculty members who are specialized in particular streams. Also, teachers at Christ University are more punctual and helpful compared to Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. 

Placements: Christ University Bangalore has a dedicated placement cell which is responsible for helping students with placements from CV building, and personal interviews, to grab the best opportunity. Also, Christ University provides better placement opportunities than Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and Christ University records almost 90% of annual placements. Its top recruiters include Toyota, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc.

I graduated from Christ University in 2023. I studied BBA hons course. Christ University offered me good placement opportunities so the ROI is high. Undoubtedly, it is worth taking an education loan (if you cannot afford to pay the BBA course fee altogether) to study BBA here.

Christ University also offers scholarships to offer financial aid to economically weaker students. Students after getting admission through the CUET entrance exam are also eligible to get scholarships at Christ University. Some of the scholarships offered at Christ University are given below:

Christ University does not follow any caste based reservations for admission to its various courses. The interested candidates have to take the entrance exam, followed by another test, a personal interview and a micro presentation to get selected for the BBA program at Christ. 

As far as the total number of seats in Christ University Bangalore for BBA are concerned, 350-400 seats are alloted for BBA, 120 for BBA Hons, and 100 for BBA F&IB. These are approximate figures.

There are no particular cutoffs for the BBA entrance exams conducted by Christ University. The authorities do not offer admission based on a single factor. 

While shortlisting candidates for the BBA program, Christ considers these three factors- 

1. Entrance Exam Score of the candidate (out of 120)- You must score as high as possible. 100 and above is a safe score to get shortlisted.
2. 12th board exam percentage- These are not used as some sort of cutoffs, but a score above 65% will boost your chances of admission.
3. PI and Micro Presentation- These will test your personality, communication skills, and critical thinking skills.

Yes, there is a system of negative marking in CUET. 1 mark will be awarded to you for a correct answer, and 0.25 mark will be deducted from your score for each incorrect answer

I am a second year BBA student at Christ University Bangalore. Some of my friends study BBA at Jain University. After talking to them about their experiences, I have arrived at certain conclusions-

As far as attendance is concerned, Christ is very strict for the same. It does not matter if you are studying for CA, they would still expect you to be regular for lectures. Jain University is comparatively lenient for attendance, especially if you are preparing for CA. Christ University offers more exposure and better extracurricular opportunities as compared to Jain University. Christ has a legacy of its own, which can not be paralleled. Moreover, it has better infrastructure than Jain University.

Based on these factors, I would suggest you choose Christ University for BBA. But if you are not keen on worrying about the lecture attendance, you may opt for Jain University.

I chose to study BBA at Christ University. Both Christ University and LPU are ranked among the top private Universities in India. Deciding between the two well-renowned universities could be a tough task. Here are some reasons to support my answer:

• Academics: Christ University has excellent academics and it focuses on a rigorous industry-oriented course curriculum. Christ University also offers a wide range of BBA specializations and it has a stronger academic reputation than LPU.
• Admission & Faculties: Christ University has well-educated and highly experienced faculty specialized in their field of study. Christ University admits students through the CUET exam and has limited seats which creates a tough competition and allows only focused & hard-working students to get admission. While LPU prefers quantity over quality which increases class sizes and also affects education quality. 
• Course Fees: Although course fees at Christ University, Bangalore is a bit higher than LPU, it is worth it. Christ University provides high-quality education, higher academic values and a better environment for learning.
• Placements: Christ University, Bangalore has a dedicated placement cell which supports and trains students to grab the best possible opportunity. Christ University also records more than 90% placement every year in top companies. 

As per my experience, you should go with Christ University for a BBA. Its BBA courses are renowned for their industry-relevant curriculum and you will also get better industry exposure at Christ University. Its location also favours it as Bangalore is a hub for budding ventures and established firms that need professionals for managerial processes. 

Christ University’s holistic approach fosters theoretical knowledge and practical skills through industry projects and internships. Yes, it is possible to change your college after completing your BBA 1st year from Christ University. 

I got selected at Christ University, Bangalore for a BBA in Finance and International Business but a year later, my father got transferred to Chennai, and there I completed my BBA. 

The admission process for transferring to another college depends upon the policies of your desired college/university you wish to join. If you wish to join another college in 2nd year, visit the official website of the college you want to enrol yourself in and get well acquainted with the admission details, eligibility for your case and most importantly check whether they have seats available for the BBA program or not. 

I would suggest directly calling the admission office or your desired college/ admission or visiting the college campus if possible, they would provide you with the necessary information for transfer admission. 

Some important documents that are required to transfer from college are a Transfer Certificate, Migration, Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) one from your desired college and another from your own where you study, your scorecard of 1st year and then your documents plus mark sheets (10 and 10+2). Please note that eligibility and document requirements vary.

Follow the steps given below to check your rank obtained in the CUET entrance test:

• Visit the official website of the Christ University, Bangalore. Then navigate to entrance test details on the homepage. 
• Then click on the Admission tab and then click on the Results tab. 
• Enter your login credentials that you created at the time of filling out the application form for the exam. 
• Once logged in, you need to click on the BBA section for BBA entrance exam results or it will directly redirect you to your selected course. 
• Then you can see your scorecard for the entrance exam. On your scorecard, you will be able to check the total marks obtained by you.

I have completed my graduation in BBA Hons from Christ University, Bangalore. Both Christ University and Symbiosis Noida are the two renowned top private colleges in India for BBA courses which makes it difficult to choose either one of them. 

Let me tell you the reasons why I chose Christ over Symbiosis:

1. Symbiosis Noida is more expensive than Christ University Bangalore. 
2. Although the placements of Symbiosis are better the faculty of Christ University encourages students to do projects, complete internships and actively participate in workshops & seminars. 

I chose to study BBA at Christ University because a) BBA is more popular than BBM in terms of career opportunities it has to offer and b) Christ University is known for its BBA course.

I have a friend who studies BBA at CMS, Jain University. On the other hand, I am pursuing my BBA at Christ University.

The academics and faculty for BBA at both the universities is equally good. But in terms of reputation, Christ definitely has an upper hand. Having said that, I would in fact encourage you to pursue a BCom instead of a BBA if you are unsure of your future goals. 

This is because both have more or less the same curriculum, but BCom is more recognized than BBA in India as of now. Moreover, a BCom degree is more affordable too. A BBA will be a good choice only if you are very smart, or else, you’ve already made up your mind on your future goals. 

As far as a BBA degree is concerned, if you have decided to go with this course, I would recommend Christ University over Jain University because it holds a bigger brand value and reputation for management courses.
