The college admits students twice a year, with announcements made online and in newspapers. For instance, in 2013, the process started with an advertisement in September, followed by applications in October, interviews in November, and the release of the admission list in December. Classes began in January 2014, and students graduated by April 2017. To join as a full-time faculty member, a Ph.D. is required, and the faculty is diverse, drawing members from various states.
