Fees and Financial Aid:

SMVDU Is a good option for students in research and higher study fields. Universities also provide hostel facility. University also provides for many courses like MBA, M.sc ( physics, biotechnology). The campus is very beautiful surrounded by trikuta hills from the north-west direction.For biotechnology students complete M.sc fee is about 1.5 to 2 lakh for the complete course. The degree is of 2 years (including 4 semesters) .Last semester includes dessertation work for students. University also provides scholarships for the topper 's from each class. Faculty members are very kind and generous to the students . Many function's and sports activities are organised by the university for students. It has a large maitrika audotorium . I am very satisfied from the university management .

Dislikes

2 exams are held in one day which gets very difficult to manage

The course is somewhat expensive like above 90 thousand for a year is the tution fee. There are a number of scholarships available by the university for students who score well and for those who pass several exams. At the moment I have not taken any job or responsibility on the campus

A detailed review about biotechnology course in smvdu

The academic Fee structure for msc in biotechnology is 75000(approx.) for 1 year . The complete cost including every expense would be approx 170000 for 2years which i think is not expensive at all. Financial aid for category is available i.e st sc ews etc Scholarship through gat-b is available. For single girl child scholarship js available. And if a student gets 90% or above in every semester then he/she gets a scholarship of 20k per semester . No campus employment available.
