CDLU Faculty

The college offers 5 honors degree courses, supported by approximately 10 to 12 faculty members, including 2 to 3 non-teaching staff. The faculty-to-student ratio is generally favorable, estimated at around 1:30 for some courses. In the BCom 2nd year, there are 120 students with 6 faculty members. The university employs over 100 teaching staff and more than 500 non-teaching staff across 29 departments.

Exams are held twice a year, supplemented by sessional exams, with a pass mark of 33 out of 100. The institution faces challenges with exam scheduling and grading consistency.
