Does the university provide any certificate courses?

The certificate courses by the university are yet to be started. The university will provide certificate courses in the field of defence, military, counter terrorism, strategy and many more.

Is there any priority given to the students of Rashtriya Raksha University?

The Government of Gujarat has notified that for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Police Department or State Reserve Police Force and Intelligence Officer in the Gujarat State Intelligence Bureau, a weightage of additional marks will be given to graduate/post graduate students of Rashtriya Raksha University.

Is there any criteria for giving grace marks to the students in the final exam?

In order to be promoted to the next semester, a student must score a minimum 35% marks in the End Semester Exam. If the students fail only in one subject and if after adding 5% marks in the following subject, the student obtains the minimum qualifying marks, those marks would be added as grace marks and the student will be declared as a pass in that semester.

Does the university provide any training programs?

The university also provides two training programs : Preventive and Investigate Photography and Bombs and Explosives, each having a duration of 5 days. The participants of the programs are police officers of the rank of ASI/PSI.

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee for the two-year forensic sciences program is around 80,000 INR, consisting of approx. 40,000 INR each year. The detailed fee structure can be consulted from the university site. The fees are quite acceptable as the lab equipment is expensive.
