Exam are more difficult Not coming from previous paper Sometime may be ask from previous year paper But lpaper checking properly done How well the curriculum prepares you for real-world applications or further academic pursuits
The course is very well developed. In each semester we have around 5 subjects. More than being just a piece of knowledge, it is more of a practical approach based syllabus. The number of Faculty members is sufficient. Each student gets good exposure to teachers because the number of students is less i.e 40-42. All the teachers are very well established. We have assistant teachers, teachers, professors and HOD involved in teaching. The HOD is a PhD graduate from IIT BOMBAY. All other professors are also PhD graduates. All other teachers are Master degree holders. In the first year, we do not have Internal Exams. Only two exams are conducted throughout the year in a gap of 6 months. From the second year onwards, we have Internal exams as well as the Externals. Internals are 20 marks and externals of 80. The Viva, Teamwork, Practical exams together comprise 50 marks.
I have chosen this course because I am interested in chemical engineering, and our college is giving good placements. there is a sufficient amount of teachers to fulfill the needs of students. They have very vast experience and a tremendous amount of knowledge. They guide us in each way in academic as well as nonacademic. The way of teaching them is very good. They always find a way to relate theories with practical things. We have an overhead projector as well as a paper sheet projector for presentations. Being in a small department (based on students), a department of 150 students, we have 11 professors and assistant professors. They also arrange industrial visits regularly for getting practical exposure to things we study. And the curriculum is also designed nicely, year by year subjects and practicals. The projects and seminars are also given which helps in student's thinking ability and skills. At the end of every semester term exams are held they are quite difficult.
Our college is grant in aid type engineering college. So fees are very low. We can pay college fees by two methods first is by online transaction and second is thourough the bank chalan. Our fees are very feasible.
Feasible. The college is a government grant in aid college and has a mere tution fees of 1500? per month. While the tution fees for girls is totally free. The overall annial fees for boys is around 9000? while for girls is 7500?.
It being a government-aided college, the fees over here are minimal. The tuition fees for girls are totally free, while for boys, it is merely 1500? per annum. The overall fee structure includes tuition fees+ approx 8000? per annum which include Library, laboratory, exam fees.
