Each department at the college is staffed with around 3 lecturers, 2 assistant professors, and 1 Head of Department, totaling about 24 teachers for a batch of 100 students. Esteemed professors like Dr. Hitesh Dodiya and Dr. Niranjan Kanaki are known for their dynamic lectures, while newer faculty members are less experienced, impacting class attendance. Students receive mentorship for academic support. The academic year consists of 3 exams per semester: 2 sessional and 1 university exam, which most students pass with only about 5% failing.
