Admission to the college is managed through the ACPC system, which follows specific allocation criteria. Renowned as Gujarat’s top institution for Automobile Engineering, the college attracts students with its distinguished faculty, all holding PhDs. The fee structure follows government policies and is uniform across engineering courses, with scholarships available for eligible students. The Training & Placement Department starts engaging students in placement processes from the 6th semester. Leading companies such as Toyota, Maruti, Tata, and Honda take part in the placement drives, with Toyota providing the highest salary package of 5 to 6 lakh INR annually for students scoring around 90%.
Students can also participate in internships after each even semester, earning stipends between 1,000 to 5,000 INR monthly. In their final year, students undertake a significant project to boost their practical skills and industry knowledge. Indus University also offers Merit Scholarships; batch toppers receive a 25% tuition fee waiver for the next semester, and if no one achieves a 4.0 GPA, those with at least a 3.75 GPA receive a 20% tuition fee waiver.
