Gujarat Vidyapith MBA and MCA Admission 2026
Gujarat Vidyapith’s MBA and MCA are among the popular PG programs offered.
- MBA (Rural Management): Candidates with 50% or above in graduation (any discipline) are eligible.
- MCA: The candidate must be a graduate with at least 50% marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 10+2.
Admission Mode
Admission to both programs is based on CUET (PG) scores. Those without CUET must appear for GEETA.
Gujarat Vidyapith PhD Admission 2026
Gujarat Vidyapith’s final selection for PhD is based on: 70% entrance exam and 30% personal interview.
- Frequency: PhD admissions are held twice a year, typically in August and September
- Seat reservation: 50% are reserved for candidates who have qualified national-level exams such as UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, or CEED; these applicants are directly called for the interview round.
- The remaining 50% of the seats are filled through the university entrance, which comprises two sections: Research Methodology (50 marks) and Subject-specific knowledge (50 marks).
- Eligibility: Master’s degree with > 55%. Candidates with a 4-year UG degree followed by a 1-year PG degree with a minimum of 55% marks, or a 4-year UG degree with 75% or more, are also eligible.
Note: A relaxation of 5% marks is granted to candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, and PWD.
