- Critical thinking, practical learning and interdisciplinary studies is what make our university better than the rest.
- Industry professionals are the ones who teach us and thereby they are the best tutors.
- Because our university has great connections in the industry and therefore not just placements but even internships provided at our college are among the best.
Dislikes
- Crowd is not that diverse as majority of students are from Gujarat.
Internships Opportunities:
Plenty to be honest as we are spoilt for many choices because some are fascinated by banks while some by manufacturing industry while some like IT and we have internship opportunities from each sector companies.

Internships Opportunities:
Till now, I have not taken any internship opportunity from the college as my internship is left. However, college provides internship and so far what i have heard is that mostly interns work in banks and big mncs. I have no idea about the stipend amount.

- The faculties are so helpful throughout the course.
- The infrastructure is one of the best with all the amenities within the campus.
- The course curriculum is designed in the way that the student get exposer to different fields like they are allowed to choose any course beyond their major branch.
Dislikes
- Placement at Ahmedabad University is not that good a very small number of companies came this year for campus hiring.
- There are time when the gab between two lectures is so long.
- Student have to compulsory maintain an 75% attend throughout the course in any of the case.
Internships Opportunities:
Their are different internship opportunities available at university provided by career development centre (CDC) during the summer break for a time span of 3 months and the companies offered different roles like software developer Intern, AL-Ml Intern, DevOps Intern etc. The companies came for the internship opportunities were Infoware, Beyond Box, Statusi, iSec, Iotilte Solutions, IG Drones, Quicko etc.

- Cafeteria has good quality food and a huge seating

Internships Opportunities:
Internships while be provided in the campus itself and others by the college in some big firms as well. This is around the third year in college where it is mandatory for one to get job experience through these internships.

- Mostly all the professors are gold medalist in their subjects
- The environment for the college is so good
- Events and study both are maintained with good people and mostly it is upto student council

- The portal for attendance is not that good
- In some events security gets breached by some people

There are few internships like D E Shaw and other one in second year of college they provides stipend of 30000 per month and gives certificate
Internship can be allotted for only 4 students so there is rush

- I think the kind of diversity that this University provides is quite commendable. As from the very first semester we had our foundation programmes, wherein students from all across the courses studied and participated in discussions.
- Secondly, our college has a great policy which prioritizes the smooth transition of first year students from scholl to college. In this, all the students are grouped into different social circles and each circle has 2 seniors which mentors them.
- I also like the fact that the college truly support interdisciplinary educational approach, as we are given fare number of electives which can be taken as free electives. These credits can be utilised to enroll diverse courses which interests you.
Dislikes
- Though I am grateful for the scholarship, but the fees hike is quite concerning
Placement Experience:
I am not well aware of the exact information about the placements.
We have separate department for this which is center of development, I had checked their portal months back, I think that have decent amount of opportunities, I had seen few of the companies names from the the previous year placement report, some of them include infosys, torrent power, Oswal (finances), amazon, flipkart, wipro, etc

- Everything is well maintained in the college and classes even the corridor and grounds are very cleaned
- The whole environment the so good and engaging.
- The foreign tie ups with other colleges is so helpful
Dislikes
- Some faculties in the college are not good.
- The attendance policy here is way too strict and we have to maintain 80% attendance.
- The leave approval process is way too stressful even if we have genuine reason we can't take leave or less than 80% attendance will lead to grade drop.
Internships Opportunities:
The name of the companies are tata consultancy services, Infosys, wirpo for technology and engineering students. Deloitte, KPMG, EY for finance and economic students. Nid for design students. NGOs and government organization for social science and humanities students.

- Campus /infrastucture : I really like the the architecture and Infrastructure of my campus. AU's campus's architect has won many awards for all the colleges built inside, its perfect with both the contrast of nature and also futuristic buildings.
- Library : There are 3 libraries in our campus, each in every college. The libraries are designed such that it is whole white in color, its walls, chairs, tables ,shelves everything is white. Because white color increases efficiency and positivity.
- University Centre is a cultural center in our university where all the club activies are going. There are no classes or labs inside University center instead it's activity room, gym, cafeteria, courts,lounge,etc. It is to increase club activities.
Dislikes
- GICT building is the engineering building, I dislike it because it is old and dull now, classrooms are all dark which gives a vibe of laziness and sleep. Does not feel like studying their even though its a class.
- Credit difference between the BBA or BA students and BTech students. Every semester Btech students have to study 7 subjects while BBA students only have to study 5 subjects. 7 subject makes our lives full hectic and we don't get any kind of freetime
- Placement cell: I know that the job market is rough now, they can't get any companies to come so they would lie whatever they want. Sometimes if a student gets from off campus they would post on linkedin lying and taking all the credits for it.
Internships Opportunities:
Summer Internships opportunities are available companies like IG Drones, Quicko, Smytten, etc gives 25k stipend for internships.
I did internship under professor who offered 10k stipend and I worked on an advance deep learning research project where we had to develop a deep learning model for Identification of Mugger crocodiles.

- Cricket ground is massive many events can be taken
- Classroom full digital with air conditioner
- All clubs are available with good events
Dislikes
- No scoop for sports person other than cricket
- Ground is not available for all the time
- Strictly following attendance rules and regulation
Placement Experience:
This Is the 1st year of this course so no prior record but they have coordination with gift city near ahmedabad so they have told we will create one placement cell and accordingly we will help with placement
