Joyful campus life with good studies

Likes

The college has good and green campus with spacious classrooms.
The crowd is very diverse and you can make some great friends
The cultural society is also great with frequent events and good level of trainees and seniors.

Dislikes

The quality of washrooms can be improved by a significant amount
There is INR 500 fine if you do not wear I Card in inside the campus which is too much.
Sometimes the canteen is very crowded, they can try to manage it.

Admission:

I only applied at KRMU with BCA (AI & DS) itself and got the admission after verification of my class 12th marks. I had heard a lot of appreciation from my fellow friends about the university and I got admission here. I did try to apply at DU but did not proceed as BCA course was not available there. The admissions at KRMU are based on merit of class 12th only and admissions are continued till seats are filled.

Balance campus life with Strong learning Opportuities

Likes

The infrastructure is modern and well-maintained. Samrt classrooms. fully equipped computer labs
The faculty is approchable, qualified, and a supportive. Most reachers have strong subject knowledge, and the reaching style is a mix
Th placement cell is quite practice. Companies like infosys, TCS, Wipro visit the campus.

Dislikes

The fees are slightly on the higher side.
Placements for core AI/ML roles are still limited.
The mess food quality, while decent, could be improved.

Admission:

I chose KR Manglam University for my BCA (AI % DA) because of its modern curricuum, better infrastructure, and proximity to Delhi NCR. I had also looked at universities like Amity an Sharde. but the fee structure and course Specialization here sutied me better. The AI & DS Specialization was an important factor in my decision, as many other collees offerd onluy a generic Bca program.

In 2023 there are only 3 colleges who provides Ui/Ux and at that time KRMU was the nearest from my home that's why I preferred this over anyother college.Addmission process was very easy first university provide you a counsellor and then they provide you a brief review of college

faculties are supportive and very approchable
campus is beautiful and has an engaging enviornment

sometimes issue resolving is slow and can become frustrating

Admission:

i applies to upes dehradun but their fees structure was twice than kr mangalam which was a major problem no i did not get a rejection from any other college the fees structure was one of the reasons for me to choose this college

A simple review on K.R Mangalam University

Likes

The campus is not very big but it is well structured
The teaching faculty here is educated, experienced and is supportive
The given syllabus for my couse is aligned to my liking and will give me support for my future aspirations

Dislikes

The availablity of Wi-Fi is somewhat lacking in normal classrooms
The college mangement is a little slow to pick up on requestes

Admission:

I choose K.R Mangalam as it stood out accordingly to my situation and criteria and talking about other colleges some were far and the daily living situation were not favorable. The addmission processing in K.R mangalam was very straight forward they ask of more than 50% in 10+2 and also accept through JEE and CUET exam scores, they also have their very own entrance examination. The cutoffs are not very high as tier 1 colleges but also allows quality intake. My addmission process was smooth I applied for the university, submitted my documents online, attended counselling and received my offer letter in a few days

My personal Experience of KRMU

Likes

The most striking part of this college are the buses. Quality is nice, drivers are good, conductors are friendly. Ac works good.
Faculties are really good, like they know what they are teaching and are very talented
Outdoor vibe is just fantastic, greenery everywhere with silence around keeps the mind calm

Dislikes

Washrooms although they are pretty good, touchless and kinda looks good but there are some stuff which can be better
Only A block(main block) has a common room the other two blocks don't have common room which is a problem because to pass time we have to search for an empty class.
The travel time between the blocks is a lot because sometimes classes are held in different blocks and there is not really Ac connectivity between them

I applied to a couple colleges, although I didn't really got rejected but I was not getting the course I wanted. The reason for specifically choosing this college was that no other college was offering a course specifically B Tech CSE with specialization in cyber security. As I wanted to learn cybersecurity because of my interest, K R Mangalam became my one and only choice. As part of govt colleges, I didn't really studied much to clear an exam.

Likes

I like the way in which our teachers teach us .
I also like the university that has numerous facilities.
I also like the environment that I get there

Dislikes

The university is very far from gurgaon .
The face detection system at gate sometime don't recognize student and we have to stand there .
Sometimes the university app do not work properly.

Admission:

I did not apply to any other colleges I see a lot of college online and I liked it and after enquiry I get my admission in this so easily using my cuet score and also get a scholarship of 25 percent for first year

The campus life is vibrant, with multiple clubs and extracurricular activities.
The faculty members are very supportive. The administration organizes various workshops.

Dislikes

The annual fest of the freshers batch 2024-25 that is also my freshers batch did not take place.
The student support services response time is delayed

Admission:

I applied to a few other colleges like Amity University and Galgotiyas University. But due to high fees and long distance I did not join them. Also in some colleges, I didn;t get the branch i wanted. I chose KR Mangalam University because it offers BTech CSE with a good curriculum, affordable fees and it is near my home. The college also has a decent placement record and good infrastructure. the classrooms, labs, and environment are nice as well. Admission process here was very simple. I just had to fill out the online form then submit my documents and attend a small interview session. I got admission based on my 12th board marks. There was no entrance exam and the staff helped alot during the admission process.

All about my college

Likes

Hostel facilities are good the give us a good environment to stay.
They organise various helpful hacathons .
Teachers are very supportive and help to improve in academics.

Admission:

the placement cell of the college is proactive and engaging . that is the thing which attracted me more and the campus infrastructure is quiet decent so i decided to choose this college over my other options
