MATS University Placement Process 

MATS University Placement process comprises five steps which include filling in the placement forms, application and shortlisting, pre-placement talk, interviews and offer & acceptance. The brief details of each step in the placement process of MATS University Raipur is given below:

• Filling of Placement Form: Candidates interested in availing of placement opportunities must fill out the placement form to participate in the further rounds conducted by various companies.
• Application and Shortlisting: Candidates have to submit a detailed resume which is sent by the placement cell to onboarded companies. Recruiters must share the list of shortlisted candidates at least a week before final interviews.
• Pre-Placement Talk: The placement cell schedules a PPT for students so that interested candidates can raise their doubts. The pre-placement talk is conducted for 30 to 60 minutes followed by a Q/A session of 15 minutes.
• Placement Interviews: The companies visit the campus and conduct interviews for shortlisted students. The interview process varies from company to company.
• Offers and Acceptance: If a student is finally selected, the company informs the CPC which further passes the information to the candidate. The offer letter must contain information like role, location, remuneration, and other relevant terms and conditions.
