Being one of the most popular AIIMS in India, AIIMS Patna has a very high NEET cutoff for all the categories for admission to MBBS. AIIMS Patna MBBS Cutoff is based on All-India NEET Ranks, thus, it is difficult to determine the minimum marks required in NEET UG for admission to AIIMS Patna MBBS. AIIMS Patna Cutoff 2024 will be released as soon as NEET UG Counselling 2024 begins. The cutoff for MBBS is expected to be higher than the previous year’s cutoff for all the categories.

It can be observed clearly that the cutoff ranks for all the categories have been higher in 2023 as compared to 2022. Thus, AIIMS Patna NEET Cutoff 2024 is expected to see a similar improving trend with higher cutoff ranks for each category. Based on the cutoff trend analysis, candidates from the general category must aim at a score of around 670+ in NEET UG 2024 to secure a seat for MBBS at AIIMS Patna. The All-India NEET cutoff rank should be in the bracket of 1500-1900 to be on the safer side for admission to AIIMS Patna MBBS.
