CNLU Patna Faculty

The faculty at the college is generally well-qualified, with most holding a Ph.D. and possessing substantial industry or legal experience. The faculty-to-student ratio is adequate, and teachers are approachable, often available until 5 or 6 PM for student consultations. While there are around 25-35 lecturers, the college faces a shortage of teaching staff, leading to some faculty teaching outside their specializations. Faculty members are generally knowledgeable, particularly in criminal and company law, but some students find certain faculty teaching methods lacking.

The curriculum includes two exams per semester, with additional marks for projects and attendance. Despite some criticism, the faculty is considered better than moderate, and efforts are being made to improve by hiring more staff and increasing the number of visiting professors. Overall, the faculty is supportive and willing to assist students, enhancing the learning experience.
