JNTUK M.Tech Mechatronics: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

• The application is to be downloaded from the website and filled properly.
• Registration fee is to be paid and the DD is to be sent along with the application form
• You need to send along the self attested copies of the degree, DOB, Service and salary certificates (if employed).
• Employed candidates are to submit a copy of “No Objection Certificate” and “Sponsorship Certificate”.
• For the quota the candidates have to submit the SC/ST/BC certificates.
• Three self addressed envelopes of 25x10 cm affixing a stamp of Rs.5.
• Attested copy of

1) Valid GATE score card

2) PGECET-2016 Admit card and rank card

3) Qualifying exam marks memo.

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 years Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

• Candidate should have passed B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ Nuclear Engineering or relevant stream from a recognized university. 

Entrance Exam:

• Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in GATE conducted by IITs & PGCET conducted by APSCHE.
