Admission to the college requires submitting a form with necessary documents, including marksheets, a migration certificate, and photos. Selection is based on academic performance. The faculty, all IIT graduates, offer high-quality teaching and focus on individual student needs. The college is on the expensive side, with management course fees between 70,000 to 80,000 rupees per year and B.Tech fees ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 rupees annually, inclusive of uniform and security charges.

Hostel fees are extra and vary for non-local students. Scholarships are available for SC, ST, and OBC students, including specific ones for female SC/ST students scoring above 70%, leading to fee reductions. Girls benefit from free bus passes. Students, especially BTech CS or IT graduates, receive decent placement packages, while mechanical, civil, or management course graduates earn around 4 lakh per annum.
