Amity University Patna offers admission to various courses at graduate, postgraduate, integrated UG, and doctoral levels such as BTech, BCA, MBA, BCA+MCA, and PhD in multiple specializations.
Candidates can apply online through the Amity University Patna official website or can visit the University campus for admission to various UG and PG Programmes. The basic admission criteria are merit-based, the BTech Programme is the most preferred course at Amity University Patna followed by BCA. Candidates with a minimum of 55% marks in 10+2 (PCM) can be admitted to the BTech Programme. The fees for the BTech Programme range from INR 1.32 Lakhs to INR 1.92 Lakhs annually based on the specialization.
Candidates are required to submit an application fee of INR 1500 for UG and PG Admissions 2025.

Amity Patna PG Admission Process
- Applicants can obtain the application form online or offline.

- Candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for the PhD Programme can apply online through the Amity University Patna official website.
- Applicants are required to submit a preliminary research proposal during the application process.

Amity University Patna offers multiple scholarships for UG and PG Programmes. The details of various scholarships offered by the University are mentioned below:
- Fast Track Admission Scholarship: Students having 80% and above marks in Class XII are exempted from the selection process and are given admission through Fast Track. Students with JEE Main score will be provided 50%-100% fast-track scholarship and admission based on the score. Fast Track Admission Scholarship is not applicable for the programs of Architecture/ Design / Education / Fashion / Fine Arts / Law and Physical Education.
- UG Scholarship: Amity University Patna offers 25%-100% scholarships based on the class 12th Percentage. Direct Admission is offered to Integrated Law programmes based on CLAT Score of 70 and above.
- PG Scholarship: The University offers 50 to 100% scholarships based on the marks scored in the Bachelor’s degree. 25% scholarship is provided to students with national-level test scores like CAT/MAT/GMAT.
- Martyr’s Scholarship: University provides 100% Scholarship to selected students based on the scrutiny of the Scholarship committee. Wards of martyrs from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and other national forces are eligible for this scholarship.
- CUET Scholarship: Amity University offers 20%-100% scholarships based on Class 12th Percentage and CUET percentile score.

Ans. Amity University has a system for admission where candidates are classified into two categories: Sponsored and Non-Sponsored. These candidates are selected based on their academic achievements and performance in entrance exams or other relevant assessments. In contrast, Sponsored candidates are those who may not meet the same academic standards as Non-Sponsored candidates. As a result, their eligibility criteria and cutoffs are often relaxed to accommodate their lower merit levels. However, Sponsored candidates are required to pay comparatively higher fees for their education at Amity University.
