Techno India University Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I love college fests which is the main reason behind joining this college. The college conducts many fests like Techno Vivarta for technical lovers, Shot Sava for cultural lovers and also they conduct foreign projects in Europe.

The best thing about the course is that the most part is practical and not just theory-based, which gives you an idea of how things work even before you step into the corporate world. There is a lot of scope of improvement in the management of the college. There is a fair amount of extracurricular activities, not just cultural but also field related fests.

They organise many events, such as sports events, tech fests and many other interesting events. Events conducted here are awesome, especially the cultural fest of this college is the best among many other colleges.

This college has good facility and faculty. Although It maybe give good placement in future. So for this hope I had chosen. The atmosphere is so good. Before entering college everyone was gave us a lot of support that they will help and other ex gave advices about this college.

I got here for the placements. The placements were so good. Our senior batch get job in different company's. Minimum 80% of students were placed. The highest salary offered 11lakhs per annum and the lowest is 3.5. Godrej, Ambuja neotia, wipro, tcs etc. Visited.70% student get internship.

I chosen it because it has 3 fests every year. There are 3 fests namely:- Enthusiasm (Freshers' fest), Vivarta (Technical fest) and Sahotsava ( Cultural fest). Sanskaran is the name of the cultural club and Viarta, the technical club and RUDRA, the sports club. We have annual ports every year.

I took admission because all possible events one can think of take place in the college like coding challenges, quizzes, brainstorming, etc. Every year, the college organises 3 fests such as sports, technical, and cultural fests. The campus crowd is average. Usually, the college campus is filled with students. As the campus is in Salt Lake city, reaching the college from every part of Kolkata is easy. Bus facilities, autos and rickshaws are usually used to reach the campus. Our campus is surrounded by MNCs and various other official buildings. The scholarship is provided very rarely.

Techno is a college full of events. Techno organises events regularly where all the Techno groups come to participate. Fests are organised annually. Connectivity of the college is very good. Few Bengali movies have been shot in our college.

The college life is full of events. There is some event or the other going on most of the times on the campus. The college conducts a cultural fest, but participation from other colleges is very less. There are two fields on the campus, but the same campus has Techno India College, Salt Lake and Techno India School also. Scholarships are provided to the meritorious economically backward students, and the college is very well-connected by public transport.

Iam a techie person from my childhood, so I choose this course. Everything is great in our college. I chose this course because I like coding and developing new software. The best thing about my course is that you get a broad field to work on as nowadays every company relies on computer software and hence being a software engineer is auspicious here.
