Techno India University offers various disciplines in B.Tech and B.Arch professional degree courses. The course is conducted on campus in full time mode for 4 and 5 years duration respectively. There are Integrated B.Tech courses after 10th for 6 years duration as well as Dual B.Tech courses of 5 years duration after 10+2.

Techno India University B.Tech/B.Arch Eligibility Criteria
A candidate seeking admission to B.Tech and B.Arch UG degree programme, must have passed HSC/10+2 exam with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. He/she should have studies English along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
For Diploma in Engineering and Integrated B.Tech course, a candidate must have passed 10th from a recognised Board with science and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Apart from academics, for B.Tech admissions, a candidate must have a valid WBJEE/JEE Mains/TNJEE score and for B.Arch admissions score in NATA/JEE Mains exam is essential.
Techno India University B.Tech/B.Arch Selection Criteria
Selection to UG B.Tech/B.Arch courses are done via means of National Level entrance Exam.
- For B.Tech(Integrated as well as dual degree), WBJEE/JEE Mains/TNJEE score is considered followed by counselling wherever required
- For B.Arch course, NATA/JEE Mains score is accountable along with counselling process

- I like the campus of my college very much.
- The classrooms and labs of my college are very spacious and comfortable.
Dislikes
- There are no on campus hostels available.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The course fee of my college is five lakh fifty thousand which is relevant enough as per the course. When I was in first year I received a scholarship of sixty thousand which was approved by the college that's why I was able to get that.
Likes
- College fests are really good, variety of fests including tech and cultural. Famous artists perform in our fest anakhronos
- There is a football ground in our college, we sometimes play there in free time
Dislikes
- College management is very careless, they just want fees and won't listen to student problems.
Fees and Financial Aid:
College fees are average not very high, like in other states, fees are way too much in private colleges, in our college it is around 5.5 lakhs. Also west Bengal student credit card scheme and Vivekananda scholarship can help economic weaker sections
Likes
- Firstly after entering in this college I liked the ambience and the teachers were supportive and friendly.
- Teachers are knowledgeable and they take their classes seriously which I liked and they also care about the attendance.
Dislikes
- If any student misbehaves teachers do target them and give less marks.
- For fests college takes money from students and does not do anything if something happens during the fests.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The complete course fess for Btech in CSBS is 5.5lakhs. The exam fees is 1200 as it is conducted by makaut. Financial support is also given by college as in student loan by pnb bank. Scholarships are aslo provied by the clubs in college to deserving candidates.
Likes
- The college is quite good on the account of its resources and faculty.
- The college environment is good unlike some other colleges, no ragging.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the college could have been better.
- Sometimes class are not conducted and causes us some troubles

The fees structure mainly depends on the stream you choose. Though the average fees for pursuing btech in csbs is 5.5 lakhs. Also there is some scholarships that they accept and ready to give, like the SVM scholarship. There is rare case of campus employment
Likes
- The things which I like would be essentially the campus life that is it is not like a school where everybody needs to visit from 8 o’clock and cannot go out of the college. Nothing like that like other colleges in Kolkata for example IEM is there.
Dislikes
- One thing I dislike about this colleges. It has no such desks to handle any problem that I can have for each problem. There are different desks at different floors so occurring a problem in college is sometimes hectic to solve
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees is pretty basic , there's no increase in fees as such Scholarships are definitely available yes such as government policies and loans are also available for that matter As a whole not very expensive but yes betterment opportunities are there.

- I like our supportive seniors and teachers
- Our faculty members are all phd holders and they really provide us a high quality education
Dislikes
- The area of our campus is not that much big
- The ground in our college is very small due its low campus area

My course fees is 650000 in 4yrs along with some other charges like dress charge of 10k and one time admission charge thats around 5k. Every year there is a 5% hike in course fees. There is no such scholarship from the college side itself but if you are an west Bengal resident you can opt for svmcm/kanyashree

- College Curriculum is decent enough . Exam taken frequently
- Coding culture is decent and placement is ok ok
Dislikes
- Thier is language barrier... People mainly conversation in begali so for the other state candidate its will difficult to communicate.
- Campus is very small so explore the campus is not possible

Fee structure is 75k first semester fees 2nd sem is 72k and at the end of semester fees likely 68k approx per sem whole btech fees is 5.5 lakh for 4 year. No scholarship for other states home state i.e west Bengal domicile can avail some scholarship.

- Faculty members are too good to explain the topics.
- Laboratories are well equipped and the smart classes are also available
Dislikes
- Some classes are too delayed and not every class have the smart board
- Some equipment of laboratory to faculty and unable to use.
Fees and Financial Aid:
AICTE will control the fee charge by the institutions. The institutions charges for the tution, development, examination and activities. The scholarship are, Ratan Tata Scholarship for Engineering Student $25 Million, Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship 10k per year, Indian Oil Corporation Scholarship 2k per month.

- One aspect to appreciate about our college is its strategic location in the heart of Kolkata, specifically in Sector 5, recognized as the IT hub of the city.
- The diverse clubs and societies, contributing to a vibrant campus life, add to the positive aspects of my college experience.
Dislikes
- The limited size of the campus hinders my college experience by constraining the opportunities for campus life.
- The college lacks transparency regarding its placements, and I have never encountered a comprehensive placement report for any academic year.
Fees and Financial Aid:
During the admission process, the initially communicated fee structure of approximately 4 lakhs has now escalated to 5 to 6 lakhs (for four-year period). I've observed fellow students availing various types of scholarships and student loans at the college.

- There is a coding club to gain knowledge
- There are a huge canteen which is good place
Fees and Financial Aid:
My financial condition is not healthy for carry this amount of money . I consultanted then with my college then the college faculty said that a student scholarship. That name is svmcm scholarship. I apply it.
