SU Ph.D. (ECE) Fees
The Ph.D. (Part Time) program at Silicon University is priced at Rs. 15,000 per semester for tuition, with a minimum program duration of 3 years (6 semesters). Candidates must also pay a one-time admission fee of Rs. 10,000 and a one-time registration fee of Rs. 20,000 at the time of joining. The total cost of the program over the minimum duration is Rs. 1,20,000. A 5% rebate is available if fees are paid annually at the start of the academic session.

- The above fees are for the minimum program duration of 3 years.
- If the program extends beyond 3 years, additional semester fees of Rs. 15,000 per semester will apply.
- A 5% rebate is available on fees if paid annually at the beginning of the academic session.
- Hostel facility is available on campus (optional, not mandatory for Part Time students).
- Hostel fees range from Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 47,000 per semester depending on room type and AC/Non-AC preference, plus a one-time non-refundable hostel registration charge of Rs. 9,000 and a mess advance of Rs. 22,500 per semester.
- Refund of fees is applicable as per UGC/AICTE guidelines.
- Counselling fee of Rs. 1,000 is applicable for candidates admitted through University-level counselling.
