Academic Qualification

• Degree Requirement: 2.2 (Equivalent GPA of 2.7 to 3.5 on a 4.0 Scale) undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in a construction-related discipline.
• Lower Degree Consideration: Candidates with lower degrees may be considered if they have substantiated & relevant construction experience.
• Industry Professionals: Applicants with suitable practice qualifications (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) demonstrating ability to study at a master's level are encouraged to apply.
• Work Experience (Distance-Learning): Recommended at least six months of work experience in the construction sector.

Pathways courses for international and EU students

• Pathway Courses: Pre-Master's courses to enhance subject knowledge, study skills, and academic language level.
• English Language Courses: Pre-sessional English courses to meet language requirements for the master's course.

• If Programmes requiring IELTS 6.5 or higher:
• Then, 65% in English (For CBSE, CISCE, Maharashtra).
• 70% in English (For Other State Boards).

• Cambridge English (C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency): Requires CEFR B2 overall (160-179) in all components.
