Academic Requirements

• A 2:1 BSc honours degree, or international equivalent (60-65% or CGPA (6.0-6.5)/10), in: computer science, mathematics, statistics or an engineering discipline with programming experience 
• The University has a strong track record of admitting applicants from a non-standard background and individuals with strong relevant work experience are encouraged to apply and will be considered on an individual basis.

Specialised Application Information

• Students are required to include a copy of their CV. Their CV should highlight their relevant prior experience relating to data science, including programming and/or statistics experience. Students can attach their CV as a file in the applicant portal.

English Proficiency Score

• IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in all sub-skills).
• TOEFL iBT and TOEFL IBT Special Home Edition 90 overall (with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 17 in writing).
• PTE 70 overall (with a minimum of 59 in all sub-skills).
• Duolingo 125 overall (with a minimum of 105 in Writing, Reading, Speaking and 100 in Listening).
