- Applicants must have a minimum 2.2 Honours in a Built Environment Discipline.
- GCSE English Mathematics(C-grade).
- A-level in subjects for opted course.

- Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet following eligibility criteria:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized higher education institution.
