It aims to attract particularly committed educators working in and around clinical contexts, who seek to both improve teaching and learning and to understand more fully the educational potential of their working environment, i.e. the sort of person who asks these types of questions:-

• Might there be better ways to motivate and engage learners in clinical education?
• Do the clinical education programmes I am involved achieve all they could?
• How might I improve my own practice as an educator, as well as the practice of my colleagues and/or teams?

Through this programme you will have opportunity to research and improve your teaching practice, as well as developing expertise to lead clinical education programmes in your workplace context.
