- Our flexible BA (Hons) Modern Languages (Spanish with German) course trains students to become world-class language experts.
- Our BA (Hons) Modern Languages (Spanish with German) course will improve student's practical language skills and allow them to gain a strong understanding of how languages work.
- Students will study both Spanish and German to a high level. In their final year, they will write a dissertation in Spanish and have the opportunity to carry out a research project in German.
- Students will have the opportunity to study translation modules and gain an insight into various aspects of the translation profession. They will also learn about the cultures and societies of the countries where their chosen languages are spoken in interactive modules taught in the target language.
- The course includes a Professional Training placement abroad, giving you the choice between work, study, or a combination of the two.
- Students will also have the opportunity to begin learning Portuguese from scratch in their second year.
