What's New in Dundee Uni?

20 September 2025: The University of Dundee 2026 UG Fee is released. MA in History & Politics and the MA in English & Film Studies costs £23,150 (≈₹27.4 lakh). Check the fees of all programs below.

Why study this course with us?

  • Managing natural hazards is becoming increasingly complex due to a combination of factors, including the spread of cities into hazard-prone areas and the influence of climate change (e.g. more intense/frequent and irregular hurricanes). Managing these hazards therefore needs a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, which is what NHM at Chester provides. This ranges from studying volcanic processes and developing policies and emergency plans, to the use of the latest technology (e.g. dones) to map disaster areas. The range of skills developed as part of this course has resulted in our graduates being highly sought after by employers.
  • The Natural Hazard Management and Psychology course from the University of ChesterÊ will equip you with a broad range of employability skills, including literacy, numeracy, critical appraisal, data handling, communication, and logical problem-solving skills.
  • If you are interested in a career in psychology, there are specialist routes through the course where you can take relevant elective modules at each level.
  • We also offer an optional further year of study abroad in Europe, the USA or Australia.

Job prospects

Many of our graduates go on to postgraduate studies in Psychology (e.g. Cognitive Neuroscience, Forensic and Sport Psychology) or have secured a graduate role in industries such as Marketing, Banking and Project Management due to their sought after transferable skills, such as communication, team working, analysis, creative and critical thinking.
