- The course will suit the students whether they are already working in marketing, or new to the subject and hoping to move into a marketing role in the future.
- Marketing has expanded beyond anyone’s expectations with the advent of mobile communications and social media. The course has been designed to make sure the students gain a good grasp of these new technologies, as well as more traditional marketing techniques such as conducting market research and communicating effectively across a number of channels.
- More than ever before, organizations are demanding proof that their marketing is working. And so we also look at measurable and classifiable marketing techniques and aim to give students/ the skills and knowledge to quantify and qualify their marketing campaigns.
- The course brings you into close contact with a wide range of specialists from the fields of business and marketing. Many of the tutors maintain close links with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and the course follows the Institute's guidelines.
- They will benefit from resources and facilities specifically designed for our marketing and business students. They include an innovative, computer-based 3D marketing simulation game that allows you to engage with key concepts of marketing. You'll be able to use our state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities, study areas, campus libraries with online databases containing professional journals, plus our Virtual Learning Environment through which students can access study resources and help
- From September 2018, all full-time students, will have the opportunity to undertake a 10-week work placement as an alternative to the postgraduate major project giving students invaluable experience to help them achieve their career goals.
