University of The West of England Courses and Fees 2026

The annual tuition fees for international students for popular courses at the University of the West of England are as follows:

• MBA: £18,500 / Rs. 23.7 lakhs
• MS Data Science: £18,000 / Rs. 23 lakhs
• Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering: £17,000 / Rs. 21.7 lakhs

International students can pay these fees either in one go or in 3-6 installments. Students must complete their installment fee payment by 1 April 2027 for the September 2026 intake and 1 August 2027 for the April 2027 intake.

International students enrolled in the UG course have a sandwich year (placement year - which is 3rd year). The fees charged in the 3rd year or sandwich year are £2,125 / Rs. 2.7 lakhs. And fees charged in the 4th year will be £14,875 / Rs. 19 lakhs.

Sandwich Year: A Sandwich Year is another name for a placement year (internship year) built into your degree. Students take a 1-year break to work in the industry, then return to complete their final year.

• Year 1 and 2 = Study at university
• Year 3 = Work full-time (placement/sandwich year)
• Year 4 = Final year at university

Due to the sandwich year, your degree becomes 1 year longer. Students have to find their own placement.

University of the West of England Deposit Amount

Students need to pay a deposit to the University of the West of England to secure their place at the university and obtain a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies). CAS is mandatory to apply for the UK student visa.

• The deposit amount required to pay for postgraduate courses is £8,500 at the time of registration(enrolment).
• For UG courses, the deposit amount will be stated in the offer letter or the UWE Welcome portal.
• The deposit is part of the students’ annual tuition fee, not an extra charge.

University of the West of England Fee Payment Deadline

The University of the West of England does not state any strict deadline for international students to pay annual tuition fees. But as per norms, it is advised that international students pay their fees at the time of registration at UWE (If they are not opting for paying fees in installments).

At the University of the West of England, registration time is not a fixed date, but shortly after the course start date. For the September intake, it is mid-September to early October, and for the January intake, it is late January to early February. During this time, students complete enrollment and pay their annual tuition fees (if not paying in installments). The exact registration date is provided in the Welcome Portal or the offer letter.

University of the West of England Instalment Plan

International students can opt for an installment plan if they do not wish to pay their fees in one go at the University of the West of England.

• Students can pay fees in 3-6 installments, depending on their convenience.
• The fees will be divided equally for it.
• Students need to adjust their payment of fees, in such a way that 3-6 installments should be completed by the 1st August 2027 for the January 2027 intake and 1 April 2028 for the September 2027 intake.
