- At Robert Gordon University studying the BA Fashion and Textile Design (Hons), students will learn to combine traditional craft skills with digital technology, with a focus on research methods, visualization including CAD, design process, critical and contextual studies, marketing, and professional studies.

Recent graduate employment destinations include freelance designer, designer-maker, studio textile designer, CAD designer, knitwear designer, accessories designer, buyer, color forecasting/predictions.
A number of our graduates have established their own design companies such as Donna Wilson, Dreamland Clothing, Emma McDowall, and Dead Sleekit.
