- Faculty is excellent. Professors have really good experience and the course is delivered. A great format.
Course Curriculum
- The course is up-to-date and in line with the current technology.
- A lot of guest lectures with people from different companies, as well as professors themselves, have a great deal of knowledge, with questions encouraged in and out of classes.
- A module usually took 2 weeks to complete, with an assignment or an exam after that.
- Around 20-25 students per cohort.
Admission Experience
- Cranfield is a MSc only university. This makes it so that the people who usually are here are more mature and for the right reasons so as to advance their career.
- An interview with the course director as well as SOP, CV and LoR which is as with other universities.
Faculty
- Dr Velenis and Dr Auger were excellent in delivering their lectures.
Campus Life
- Student association and other clubs are available around the campus.
Part Time Jobs
- Part-time work is usually available in neighboring towns.
Placement
- 98% of my cohort had found a job after completion of their course.
- 30k to 33k is the average salary for graduating engineers.
- No campus recruiters. You will have to use your connections and job boards to secure a job.
Accommodation
- Go for on campus if going to Cranfield. Uni is in the outskirts, so the commute can be a bit too much.
Exams
- IELTS 6.5 and an undergraduate in a relevant field if choosing STEM
