Students belonging to Non-EEA or Swiss Nationals have to apply to the Home office for the Study Visa to study in the United Kingdom. The students will require a Tier 4 Visa. To apply for the visa, the students will need the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies by The University of Law. The applicants must pay the visa fees of £348 and the Immigration Health Surcharge.

To get a Tier 4 Visa, applicants must show proof of their financial status in order to cover the cost of study in the United Kingdom and sustain themselves including:
