Social Scholarship Declared for Indian Students

University of Living and Nottingham Trent University have joined hands to offer a scholarship worth 5,00,000 rupees for Indian students. The scholarship is one of its kind as the eligibility criterion for the scholarship is not based on academic performance but on the social work and their contribution towards society. The step initiated by the University Living will encourage students to indulge in good deeds while removing financial barriers in their education simultaneously.

Eligibility criteria for this scholarship are as follows:

• Applicants must be an Indian student.
• Students must have enrolled at Nottingham Trent University.
• They should be able to prove their participation in any social service.

Post evaluation of the details provided by the students, they will be rewarded with the scholarship money which will fund their cost of accommodation and tuition fees both. The scholarship program is open for students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate or diploma degrees in Nottingham Trent University. This initiative is expected to bring recognition to the students involved in the social work while reducing financial burden as well as imparting quality education to them at the same time.
