Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum attracted me because of its balanced focus on theoretical concepts and practical applications It provides a strong foundation course for real world applications through practical assignments, projects and case studies.

Campus Life

Placement opportunities at my college are decent Companies visting the campus every year The highest package offered in my college is around ?10 to ?14LPA While the average package ranges between ?4 to ?7LPA Approximately 60-70% students get placed through college campus

Admission

I chose this college over the colleges mainly because of its good reputation. Compared to other colleges I applied to this college offered a better balance between academics, practical exposure. I had applies to a few other colleges as well but either I did not meet their cutoff criteria or the overall fees structure

Faculty

Every faculty members are friendly. Ajay sir is more friendly than compared to others faculty member because he helps each and every student in every kind of situations. There is trimester system in whole PGDM course

Night Life

Night life around my college campus is very student friendly Cafeteria is very good and taste of food is very nice it feels like we are eating at our own house Worli sea face Dadar Chowpatty Siddhivinayak Mandir

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

Throwback to RICS Mumbai

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Remarks:

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable. The presence of the college authorities on social media keeps the student updated on the recent news or events that are happening at the campus.

Best was the international trip

I looked into khalsa college, and kohinoor college other than the college I am currently in. I chose this college as it had similar fees comparing to both earlier colleges but had international and national trips(industrial visits) with same fees which other 2 didn't have. I didn't get rejected from those colleges I chose this one as it have up to date curriculum and international trip involved without any extra charges other than fees.
