I applied for VIT and SRM because my math scores in 12th boards werent that good. So I didnt apply for government based colleges. VIT i got seat in Andha Pradesh. I didnt wanna go there. I missed out by just a few marks in the entrance exams, which was frustrating, but it led me here. The Admission Process: The process was actually pretty smooth. To be eligible, you usually need at least 60% in your boards (PCM). While the college accepts JEE Main scores, most students including myself prefer taking the college's own entrance exam. The cutoffs for the top branches like CSE are always high, so you have to rank well to get your first choice.
