About my college

There are more positive things about SITAMS college than the negative things. There is good infrastructure for education with all the required facilities and playground for the sports activities which are held as the tournaments between different streams of students.

Course curriculum is of total 8 semesters which consists of a minimum of 6 subjects. It is an autonomous college so the exam structure will be according to the rules and regulations as specified by the Jawaharlal Nehru Techological University Anantapur

Placements are not so good. Very few companies conducted drives in the college and those are very small companied with less package. But if one listens and prepared with all the technical stuff they can easily get the job. The internship is not provided at the college.

The list of events are very less when compared with the other autonomous Jawaharlal Nehru Techological University Anantapur colleges. There will be annual day and freshers day which are conducted yearly once during starting and ending of the semesters

It is of 60 thousand approximately which is feasible for the students who get 35 thousand of scholarship for few eligible students and for the private candidates it will be little expensive. But when compared with the other colleges the fee is very less in SITAMS college.

There is no loan facility but it does have scholarship in the form of fees reembersement which will be added in the students bank account yearly only for the scholarship eligible candidates only.It will be of half the amount of the total fees

Labs are pretty good with all the necessary infrastructure and with the experienced lab faculty. Sports will be conducted very often n for girls the sports event will be even more and there is some extra curricular activities like paper presentation.

Senior students are very helpful when it comes to help about the studies like they tell all the experiences they faced during the internal and external exams includes the toughest exams like lab exams and they also give good guidance about the placememts.

Yes through eamcet ranking. I got of rank 10 thousand and got selected through counselling in the first attempt itself. I joined in the stream of Electronics and Communication Engineering. Total there is 2 counselling in which i got seat in the first counselling itself.

Faculty of the college is pretty good with minimum degree of M.Tech of there specified stream of the Engineering Subjects. All the faculty are experienced with minimum work experience of 4 years in the teaching field.
