College review

Positive is our college is best for lap and studies during my time and placement is very poor and bad. They give some fake assure that they arrange companies for placement we are trying our best. Negative side is most of the students are freshers and ME graduates only they not even have any experience in teaching side.

Mechanical engineering course is mostly a evergreen field so mostly all are like to take that. Main thing need to check here is college infrastructure and facility on practical sectors and teaching staffs. Because most of d college won't have proper lap facility.

Placement is very poor for mechanical and civil departments. Most of the company's are IT sector and BPO'S. There is no core companys came for placement except one r 2 for mechanical and civil department.

Mostly symposium is conducted every year by each department that was started from 3rd year. Other than that pongal festival and sports meet is celebrated in our college. Apart from that yearly once our college conduct program for welfare trust.

Fee structure is normal if we come under anna university. But when we come under management seats it's be quit high. It must be around a lakh for year including all fee. There collect caution deposit of 5000rs for every student at d time of joining and told it will be refunded at d end of leaving college. But they refused to give money back d the end of college.

As per tamil Nadu government rules there offer free education for SC and ST caste people. First graduate have 50% off in the tution fee. Apart from that college provide scholarship of rs 3500 for students whose parents income is less than 1 lakh per annum.

For lab our college is best we have very good lap with properly equipment and machines which all are in working conditions. Lap faculty all very trained and experienced person. We have all machines and equipments which needed for students learning as per anna university syllabus.

I'm a day scholar so I don't know that much abt that. But hostel students told. Food is not good at all. Rooms are better. Each room is occupied by 4 students. There must be a study section every day.

They are planning to conduct alumni meet for past students to know there position and to gain from offers from them regarding placements for current students in there companies. As my point of view for lap our college is best.

Through high school mark and merit counselling under anna university where we can select college has per the mark of physics, chemistry and maths cut off. Anna university short list students as per there marks and allot dates to select college.

In my department at d time of my joining all the faculty are experienced and PH. D graduates. But when I came to 3rd year. Most of the old staffs are quit there job. So for that time onwards we have few experienced staff and more fresh ME graduates has faculty.
