Affordable and career oriented education

The BCA curriculum at Samhitha degree college is well organized and includes both theoretical and practical knowledge in subjects like c, c++, python, DBMS,and web development , these subjects influence my decision to join in the course as they are essential for a career in IT . The syllabus prepare us for real world projects, applications, internships and also for MCA , exams are conducted regularly with moderate difficulty helping us to stay consistent in preparation , however the curriculum can be improved by adding more hands on projects and updated technologies like cloud computing and machine learning

This college tied up with Amaravathi Software innovations Pvt Ltd and provided a long term internship (5 month) in python Full stack development, where the students gained practical knowledge and industry work, also This college provided short term internship (2 months) with glossary soft tech Pvt Ltd on learning generative AI tools and we gain knowledge of using AI tools

From 5th and 6th semesters students are eligible for campus placements . Companies like tech Mahindra, Wipro, tcs, divislabs, Apollo visited the college. The average package is 300000 and highest is 500000 per annum, 40-50 percent students and getting placements in this college. After getting the degree My plan is to join MCA in AKNU university.

The year wise tution fee is 45000 , and overall is 135000 for entire course duration, all those mentioned ( registration fee, university fee, lab fee, campus recruitment training fee, library fee etc) are included . some of my friends joined the college for 40000 per year and some as low as 37000 per year. Many students are eligible to scholarship provided by government (vidya dheevena scheme), I got scholarship amount (18000) in first year, and 9000 in second and 6000 in final year and no Merit needed.

This college conducts cultural fests such as annual day, freshers Day, farewell Day, sports meet, festival days, national days etc. There is a huge library where we can access to many books for improving knowledge. Facilities such as wifi, computer lab, digital classrooms etc . This college conducts sportmeet every year and many teams participate in several sports, but there is no Play ground in the college as it was located in City main road, students and faculty conducted sports meet at nearby stadium ground. Also this college has a website and social media groups maintain by students and faculty Overall student life was good in this college

I also applied an admission in Aditya degree college, but the fee structure was high compared to This college and that's why I joined in this college. I didn't get rejection from any of the college. The admission process is simple, student should fill a form and submit the certificates and pay registration fee, there will be no entrance exam for joining in the college. And overall admission process is simple and easy

The faculty are well skilled and very friendly. this college staff and lectures are helpful for students for solving their doubts and queries. D.mohan rao (computer HOD) and DVV.satish (HOD), one of the best lecturers in the college , his way of teaching help students to expertise the subject and gain practical knowledge. Every faculty members are friendly and helpful to students and no faculty gets hate. In a semester we have weekend test every Saturday and Monday, campus recruitment training CRT test on every Monday, and mid semester exams and prefinal exams and practical exam at the end of the semester. Almost every student gets good marks and these exams aren't hard, a student can easily refer Books and teachers to clarify their doubts which are helpful for exams

The college is day scholar and also doesn't provide hostel facility, students come to college from nearby areas and some students come in college bus, the college works from 9 am-5 pm . after that the college closes and there is no night activities, no one stays in college at night.
