Pocket Friendly College with all the facilities.

Earlier I visited various colleges of CCSU which are in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida. I chose Ishan because it is pocket friendly and my family trust ishan because it is the 1st college in this area. I did not prefer other colleges because the student to faculty ratio is high. I needed more attention from the faculties. The admission process is really smooth in Ishan.

The course curriculum is more theory based than practical based as provided by CCSU. The college helps students prepare for the real world by organizing various academic programs like guest lectures, quizes, workshops, seminars etc. I would suggest that course curriculum should be changed to mpre practical base by the university.

The college prepares students for internships since the very 1st day of the college. The faculty guide the students to enchance their skills and get updated with the industrial environment by giving real world exposure. They provide us various projects which will be helpful us to get internships easily. The commerce society organizes an internship fair for the students where companies visit our college.

The students become eligible for campus placements from the last semester of the course. Almost 70% percentage of the students get placed right after the completion of the course and rest choose to go for higher studies or self financed business. My plans after getting my degree is to start my own business.

My college fees is 42000 per year. It includes tuition fees, lab fees and other fees too. The college fees is same for all the categories. The scholarship is offered by UP Government in every year. The scholarships is various categories of students and depending on their family income. The maximum scholarship offered is 35000 approximately. .

Kshitiz is the annual cultural fest which is organized every year in the college where students from various colleges of Delhi NCR participate. Our college also organizes a workshop VyaparNiti which guides the students who are interested in startups. The college publishes Management Stream Journal which has articles of various academicians, PHDs, industry experts which is available in the college library. The college also organizes Sports fest - Spardha.

The ration of faculty to student is 1:20. The faculty members are NET qualified and experienced. They are from various backgrounds like CA's & PHDs. They are experts in their relevant fields. They conduct internal exams semester wise. The college has almost 90% pass percentage.

The college has gym, indoor & outdoor sports, and herbal garden where students can spend their time after classes. I have no idea regarding the hostel life of Ishan as I am a day scholar. The college is very near to Jagat Farm Market which has various cafes and resturants to hang around with friends.
