Review for Dayanand Academy of Management Studies, Kanpur

Course which I was pursuing was BBA. This curriculum as the name suggest basically about how the business work and operates it consist of deep knowledge of operations, marketing, finance and human behaviour of organisation as the course consist of subjects like Business Policy, Marketing, Management, Financial Accounting, and etc.

Fees for every student is 25000 per semester and 50000 per year including Library and Computer lab and this collge is affiliated to Chhatrapati shahu ji maharaj university, kanpur and is a part of Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Foundation. A government scholarship was also provided to financialy weak and non-government servents children only in which about 5k-6k was reimbursed. The fees for full course is 150000 which didn't increased for last 2 batches as per my known batches. A security deposit of 3000 which will be reimbursed at the end of the course.

Overall expeerience was average as there was no campus life and club or societies for students engagement but every year there was this event VSEF organise whic was a business event which was a great opportunity to gain exposure to gain exposure and enhance in business sense.

I wouldn't compare this college because what I believe that this college provide best of knowledge as a management college provide and faculty also provide mentoring. My aim for Bachelors was Delhi University but couldn't made it as because of lack of understanding of subject selection after my intermediate as it was very new exam conducted after my 12th standard and got a bit confused related to college selection and couldn't able to qualify.

Faculties are good and very supportive and listen to student whenever asked for mentoring, faculties provide best mentoring for every part of college life and in case of any event or any life chice or in case of any competition. Most of the faculties are experienced or few had Phds also and if not experienced then have best knowledge off there specialisation. College provide BBA, MBA, BCA, course which I was pursuing (BBA) comprise of 6 semester which make total of 3 year. Each semester consist of 6 core subjects with one Qualifying subject. Even semster question paper comprise of objective type question and Odd semester question paper comprise of descriptive type question.

No night life as it doesn't provide any sort of residential program. Campus include Library and Computer Lab only. Rest was focused on studies and placement further there wasn't any such hangouty place also as per the limited campus area.
