Campus is green and clean. Students are encouraged to participate in external competitions like paper presentation
Many competitions are conducted like hackathons, innovative challenges with cash prizes also occurs within our campus
Every semester industrial visits are arranged by the students to gain the industrial knowledge.

Dislikes

Dress code for both boys and girls is present
Only formal and semi formal attire is allowed in college
Securities are very strict once you entered after 4.30 pm you will be allowed outside

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum includes both academic and non-academic based curriculum. Separate communication classes are arranged for students from 1st year onwards. Monthly once there will be a assessment exam and weekly tests are conducted

Internships Opportunities

Our colege provide various internship opportunities in various companies like cognifyz, Alusticity etc., Our college has a own software company called "Sree infotech" which encourage students to build projects for college which includes student attendance regiter, Academic planner etc.,

Placement Experience

Our college has a excellent placement records for the past years. Many top MNC's like Zoho, Presidio, Cognizent, TCS etc., are the top recuiters of our college.Recently a japanese company called Third wave hired 3 students for 18 LPA. Average package is 4.5 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

If the student from Govt quota means the fees is 75,000 per year and if it is management quota fees is according to the mark and allotment. There is admission fees, development fees of 5000 and exam fees of 600 per paper due to autonomous status, and no dues fees is also includes for every sem which comes around 500 - 600 rupees. Placement training will be there from 2nd year onwards which will be around 5000 to 7000.Hostel fees is cheaper than other colleges.

Campus Life

Overall college life is good in both academic and non-academic wise. The library is stacked with academic resources. Every year a national lvel symposium is conducted by every department of our college with is purely conducted by students.

Hostel Facilities

The room has two sepate beds for privacy with attached mosquito net in the windows. Bathrooms are neat and cleans which is maintained time by time for health and hygiene of students. Food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with evening snack.

Hostel Fee: INR 9000 per year

Admission

I choose this college because of location, placement. most of the engineering colleges are outside of city, whereas our college is in the heart of the city which makes our college standalone. My college has less fees structure than other colleges. Cutoffs starts from 160 plus is required for the admission.

Faculty

Every department has faculty of 10 to 15 staffs. Mostly staffs are well-qualified an knowledgable in their field. Around 10 to 15 doctrates are present.Staffs are mostly friendly as well as strict also.

Night Life

The has two cafetarias which has good and affordable foods. Our college has Boys hostel which is decent for 9000 per year fees which food, Wifi accomodatins. Our college is in the heart of the city Chennai so every famos places are nearby only.

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree
