RRU is a university to live for!!

Law was my thing as we have many lawyers already in our family. RRU teaches different kind of law as litigation is taught here right from the word go. Our law professors are the ones who have worked at litigation firms and have enough court room experience.

Look lets be honest as our college hardly provides any job and thats because litigation is the main thing here. Top litigation firm people come here and provides us assistance and also provides us internships at their firms. Ahmedabad's Wadia Gandhy is one where we have got most opportunities as they have a tie up with our university.

I am still in my 1st year and for the 1st year BBA LLB, the fees is 85000 a year. Registration fees of 7000 was paid and forms and extra clarges accounted for some 12000. However these 12000 are one time charges and from next year we will just pay 85000. Fees is quite cheap here even though its a central university.

Aarambh is our annual cultural fest that takes place in January. Railyatri, Dandiya nights and Ganesh Utsav are also celebrated amazingly here. Our campus is so huge that even after so many departments we can still accommodate over 10 more departments. Each department is assigned a block and just to ensure that no ragging takes place, first year students, have a seperate hostel.

Hostel for first year students is A1 which is at another corner. Luckily rooms are triple sharing and that makes ot even more fun. Since our in time is 8 pm, we stay at hostel for most part. Food is also fantastic as we are given eggs daily as protien is served in all our meals.

I applied for NLU Gandhinagar ane NLU Jodhpur both. I was getting DNLU and NLUO but RRU is definitely better than then and therefore i took admissions here. Admissions are based on entrance score and a fitness test also has to be cleared.

Our faculties even though are IPS officers never show their reputation that we are this that and all. They have it in them but with students they have always been just like the well wishers. Look our education is tough and for that hard masters are required. Sometimes it feels much but we know that law as a profession is not easy at all.

Out campus is in 200 acres of land and on southern part of our campus we have a river. So we sometimes go out or stay in the campus around that area as breeze flowing and having a touch of fresh air. Theres one more place for fresh air and that is a top notch garden called Sarita Udhyan.
