The curriculum of various areas to be studied in order to become a good teacher in future and its also help us to foster our skills and other areas to be improved. The curriculum include 5 day initiatory school experience which make us to learn the school environment in real. The curriculum is also included with 6 month of teaching practice which as a very good aspect in the curriculum as it helps each students to develop their teaching skills and their abilities in teaching. The curriculum is also included with demonstration classes of highly experience teachers and criticism classes of each students to know their negatives and positives in teaching. The exams are conducted in every 6 months of 2 year course and it is not much difficult even the below average student can easily pass the exams. The teaching method used are various by using different learning Aids by using ICT , PPT etc.

The internship program in the college is 6 month of teaching practice in nearby schools. There is no stipend for this internship program. This program help us to improve our teaching skills and abilities.

The course consist of 2 years and the total amount to be paid is 52000 per year. This total fees includes tuition fees of 47000 and admission fees of thousand and caution fees of 1105 and other fees like sports fees etc. This scholarship available in the college is a Egrants scholarship and this scholarship is available only for the students who come under the community or category of SC ST cast and OEC cast. As I belong to the OBC category so I am not eligible to get this scholarship but those who are eligible for this scholarship need not to pay the total fees of 52000. Apart from E grands scholarship the college is providing the scholarship like fisheries scholarship etc.

The overall campus experience is really good and the colleges really good and its infrastructure and it provides necessary facilities like ICT enabled classrooms blackboards, computer lab, library etc the library is fill with more than 1000 books and there are plenty of books of literature, science various co curricular fests are conducted in the college . Arts fest is conducted during the month of February which last for 5 days. Sports fest is conducted during the month of November which last for three days. Apart from this there are various festivals like onam, christmas, holy , farewell, freshers day are celebrated. Various clubs are run in the college like nature club ,sports club, arts club, science club ,film club etc. students conduct various activities under these clubs.

I applied other colleges for this particular course but my first option was here because this college is under the Calicut University and only merit students can get admission in this college so this college will get a privilege when compared to other colleges and the students studying here will get a priority when compared to other college students so my first priority was to get an admission here. I got confirmed admission in other three colleges first but when I get admission here I rejected those and joined here. This college provide a good learning environment that needed to become a good teacher in future. This college is filled with highly qualified teachers and they have experience of more than 10 years which is a highlight of this college and which made me to think that I need to study here. This college is different from other college has this college provide a comprehensive areas to be needed to become a good teacher in future. Apart from curricular activities various co curricular activities are conducted here which is needed to complete our curriculum and there are also 6 months of teaching practices and demonstration and criticism classes in order to improve our teaching skills and this college is being different from other college as it provide a very student approach and students are considered as the centre where the teachers act as a guide and scaffolder for each students by pain individual attention. The admission process is true online and the eligibility criteria is that 50% mark in degree examinations and if you have NSS or NCC certificate you will get extra credit points and you will get a priority in the admission process. There is no other exams to get admission the admission process is only based on the marks you attend in the degree examination. If you have 80% marks in degree you will definitely get an admission here and thete I also reservation for students who belong to particular cast like OBC ,SC ,ST, OEC etc. good experience overall.

The faculty members in the college are highly qualified and experienced. they have more than 10 years of experience and they are postgraduated with doctoral degree. There are 55 students and 10 teachers. The faculties are really approachable and they provide a very friendly learning environment and the teaching learning process is very smooth and very good. The faculty that I like most peace Sona mam who is the teacher of philosophy and I like her because of her simplicity and the way of teaching and she had as a mother and I get a motherly feeling with her. And I don't dislike any of the faculties and I also like our principal who guide us and motivate us throughout the teaching learning process. This is that too your course and there are 4 exams during the 6 months. 1,2 and 4 semesters are written exams and third semester is practical exams with viva voice. The curriculum is rich with the subject areas that we needed to study in order to become a good teacher. And the exams are not at all tough and they are easy enough to pass even for a below average student. In my class nobody failed during the first semester examination. The course curriculum is very relevant as it provides various areas that needed to goster the skills of a future teacher.

Admission process is based on online application and it is purely based on the marks attained in degree examinations. If you have 50 percentage marks , you are eligible to apply for course. If you have NSS or NCC certificate you can get extra credit points.

The college have a big library with more than 1000 books. My favourite hangout spot inside the college is the playground area and outside is mini goa , sandbanks beach etc. there is no college hostel but college provide PG near the college. The nightlife is good and very safe to roam around the night.
