Likes
- Faculty was good enough, hostel food is really great. The college is spread in almost 100 acre or more probably so it's like a village inside a university.
Dislikes
- Partiality as being a government college, lot of professors used to do partially and also some of them are corrupt.
Course Curriculum Overview
- family wanted me to and was close to my house. - not at all prepares you for real world. - teaching methods can surely be better/ faculty could be more approachable and less " Government free loader. " - exams are easiest thing anyone with iq of a room temperature can crack it by just reading previous year questions.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's a Government University so, it's pretty acfordable. Yearly fees in 2015-16 were around 4-5k per semester if added hostel fees would be more. If you are reserved you get scholarship. My batch mates paid same. With hostel it was around 20k a year. All government aids are available for people in reserved categories.
Campus Life
No campus life. Good environment, close to nature. Practical in some courses were good hands on experience. No social groups. Only NCC and NSS. There were some sports like badminton court, basketball, cricket obviously.
Admission
No, i chose because it was close to my house. Admission process is online. No exam required. I made everywhere else but i chose it. I wish i had chose somewhere else. Admission starts on their website they just take anyone. You can get in if you have 60%
Faculty
Not approachable faculty. Few professors were really good and oriented towards you education and want to see you grow and made sure that you love studies there. Specially plant Botany department of the college. everyone is just only department that do any actual work. Exams or hourly exams are scam and easiest.
Night Life
Good. Place honestly. City is good enough to travel, there is a historical beach nearby. Navsari is one of the biggest city of Gujarat now. So it is better than before. Hostels are available on campus and off campus.
