Course Curriculum Overview
My brother influenced me to take this course because Electrical department is an subject where we can learn about software and hardware so i like the Electrical department. It is a course where we can lern about network stimulators and iot devices and in the software side we can learn computer languages like python, c and this couse has government job opportunities. Couse cirriculam is very good in this university eac and evey topics is covered in the syllabus so i think there is no areas in couse has to be improved. Exams are held for every two months before the first semister has an mid exam and after the mid exam two semisters is there and the exams are held about 14 days and gap of 1-2 days between the exams. Exams are easy in Level.
Placement Experience
In placaement opportunities sandip university is vey good 70 perccent or more students are getting placed in top companies. Top companies are visited to college like google, flipkart, Tata, amazon etc an over 200plus companies are a part of sandip university placements international companies are visited to sandip uiversity. sandip university highest package is.1.12 cr palced in General motors an USA company and an average package is about 3.5 lakhs. My plan after getting degree is i want to work in government jobs in electrical department .
Fees and Financial Aid
Sandip University offers an less fee compared to another Btech colleges and offers an IIT,NIT faculty . Total fee of the course is 756000 this fee is for four years it is not incresing the fee structure is same for four years. Year wise fee is not there , There are 8 semisters each semister fee is 86715 Registration fee is 9000 rs Lab fee and tution fee is included in the fee structure only there is no external fee. For my benchmates also same fee is there and my freinds in another branches have different fee. For all the students in Electrical department have same fee .
Campus Life
World class infrastructure is provided in sandip university, Technical fests are held is shivaji maharaj fest and sandip utsav, ganesh utsav they are held in 4-5 months gap. An very big library is there and lot of books and journals are avilible in the library. Classrooms is very neat and digital classrroms were there and praticals are held in every week so it is good. Sports tournaments is held like cricket tournaments, Football and indoor tournaments are also held. There is no social groups or clubs are there.
Hostel Facilities
A comfortable bed and each rooms bathrooms were provided which is clean and neat. Meal quality is average and menu is mrning tiffin and afternoon has rice, curry, dal, curd and chapatis are provided and in evening also same menu. Registration for hostels are in the campus. I have rented a room in first semister that was not good so i shifted to college hostel it was in the Amrut garden.
Admission
i havent applied to any other colleges but i compared the course cirriculam in all the colleges i know then i had a very good impresion in sandip University so i choosed this college. Eligibility to take admission in sandip universty is you have to pass 12th with a good score and a entrance exam is there for intelligency about that subject if you score good in that exam commmision was there in fee structure . There is no need compulsory to write exam but you have an intrest in that you can write it for fee commision.
Faculty
Faculty need to some more take care and approach to students i Think. In the classroom an average 65 students are there in each section. The facculty i liked the most is pooja savan she is a maths lecturer she teaches very well rather than other lectures she clarifies every doubt . Prathik Thorat he is an Mechanical engineering lecturer i did not like him because of he comes very late in class time and did not teach well. There is 1 mid and 2 semisters are there and the exam level is easy about 30-35 percent students are fail to clear exams. Course cirriculum is good each and every topics about the course is included.
Interview Experience
I didnt write entrance exam for admission In the interviews they asks about basic electrical engineering questions and machies power systems and circuits and they asks about motors how they work. Entrance exam is there for admission if you can score good marks fee reduction is there. Lecturers guides about what rounds is there in interview and how to pass.
Night Life
cafeterias, gym, library are closes after 10 pm and opens in the morning 6 am cafeterias opens after 9 am. Hostel gates are closes after 10 Pm and after 10 Pm nobody was allowed in hostel, Campus timiimgs is 8am to 5pm. Hangout places in the outside of campus is The Temples in nashik you should have to visit in the inside of campus cafeterias is there you have to visit.
