Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum is fairly relevant to the field of study covering concepts that are essential for understanding the subject. Overall the curriculum is comprehensive providing a solid understanding of core subjects and it covers a wide range of topics allowing students to gain broad base of knowledge

Internships Opportunities

5

The college has partnership with a few local businesses and organisations, primarily in the areas like marketing, finance and IT. These internship are generally shorter in duration ranging from 4 to 8 weeks and focus on providing hands on experience in the field of study

Fees and Financial Aid

Arihant college offers a BCOM program with a total fee of 60,000 INR for 3 entire years or 20,000 per year. The good news is that the fees hasnt been increased since 2022 meaning there haven't been any unexpected increases which helps students plan their finances more easily. However it is important to note that the college does not provide any internal scholarship not that i am aware of so students will need to seek external financial aid or scholarships if they need additional support. Overall the fee structure is quite affordable.

Campus Life

5

The social life at the college is vibrant and welcoming. From the start i felt like part of a community, with a variety of events and activities organised throughout ther year. There's always something happening be ut cultural fests, sports tournaments or informational gatherings that encourage students to interact the campus is diverse and ive had the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds which has been a great way to broaden my perspective.

Admission

Affordability- One of the primary reasons I chose this college was its affordable fee structure. The tuit Fees were considerably lower compared to some of the other colleges i applied to, making it a practical option Location- The college location was a major advantage it was conviniently near my home which allowed me to save on accommodation and travel costs Small Class sizes- Compared to larger universities this college offered smaller class sizes which i felt would allow for more personal attention and interaction with the professors Fees and affordability- Some of the other colleges i applied to were significantly more expensive which was a challenge to me while their reputation was strong so was their tuition fees making them less attractive financially

Faculty

5

The faculty at my college is one of its strongest points most professors are highlu knowledgeable in their respective fields and many have real world experiences Course Structure- The course structure is designed to cover a broad range of topics relevant to the field with both theoretical and practical components

Night Life

3

The night life around my college campus is relatively low-key but still it offers plenty of options for students who wants to unwind after a busy day While the college itself does not have any extensive night time scene the surrounding area has a variety of places where students can hang out and enjoy themselves there are number of cafe's and restaurants nearby that stay open late providing a comfortable environment

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.
