Likes

The campus is very clean and beautiful. The teachers are very friendly
There are three buildings for different departments. There are more than 20 departments
The auditorium is very spacious and beautiful.

Dislikes

You are not allowed to enter into the academic building without proper uniform

Course Curriculum Overview

Political Science is actually a very good course. There are a lot of job opportunities in persuing Political Science. Although the exams are held in short interval of time but questions are moderate and can be attended.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We have to pay fees per semester. The fees for the first semester is added in the admission fees. The fees is familiar as it is a state centric university. Scholarships are available for the students to make their education more smooth.

Campus Life

A lot of events and fests are organised inside out college. Around 2-3 events are held in a month . The library is very big with ac rooms, digital library and a variety of books The classrooms are also spacious with ac's and smart class rooms

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is upto the mark. The corridors and washrooms are cleaned everyday. The registration process is easy and affordable. The meal quality sometimes lacks The hostel is safe as it lies under the campus

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Admission

As it is a women's University it makes it more safe for females. It is situated in the capital city of Odisha. I cleared the entrance for cuet ug and was selected for Visva Bharati University but staying in my own state was a safe decision so I got myself admitted in Rama Devi University

Faculty

The strength of faculty is decent. There are a lot of teachers to guide and teach the Students. The faculty of Political Science is very helpful and friendly. There are 2 semesters and 2 mid semesters every year.

Interview Experience

No I did not have to give any entrance exam or interview because I got admission as per the merit list. For admission you have clear the cutoff of the college There are 3-4 rounds of admission No interviews are made

Night Life

There is a canteen inside the campus with the availability of a lot of stuffs. The hostel timing keeps changing according to the season. For summer season it is 6:30pm and for winters it is 6pm You can easily find places to hangout and chill in the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They provide vast type of coriculom like - kabadi, football, cricket, nss, ncc etc. Who going to that field. That was best for that man applying that field. I i suggest for their improvement in faculty-student ratio. This university exams very tough. The Invigilateers are very stricts. They dont provide any comp on exams.

For my MA degree I applied for CPET exam , and my score was 65.7 which was moderate. I got selected in few colleges but they were distant from my house. Little research on our college

Someone need atleast around 70-75% in their 12th boards to get into this college as far as bcom is concerned which is my branch. No cuet score is needed to join this college. One can find the informations regarding application form , course fees , application fees and dates in sams portal which is Odisha's one portal platform to get into government colleges for their respective domain which they are willing to pursue. The semesters are being held in each 6 months and prior to 1-2 months of the main semester there is a internal exam.
