About My College

I often very enthusiastic and much interested in computer science so I choosen Mca. Yes, it somewhat helping me for preparing myself to real world applications. The course and syllabus are good but about teaching method , if it could be more effective then It would be much better for understanding the key aspects of subject.

For Btech, students may eligible for campus placements from 6th and 7th semesters and for masters (MBA, MCA) students may eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester.The companies often visited for campus placements to our college are wipro, Infosys, Capgemini etc.. startup companies. The percentage of students who are eligible for placements must maintain above 65%. My plans after getting a degree is to place at a reputed MNC company through campus or else may seek a job out of the campus

My year wise fees is 53,800 and Lab fees - 1500 Library fee - 2000 and iam a convener as I got 3070 rank in icet so according to my rank and category my Tution fee - 50,300 I didn't hear about the scholarship providence in our college and also I don't think so

Our college often conduct Freshers for both Btech and Masters also conduct religion festival events. Our college organize YUVATARANG on every year after pongal. We had a college library so we can easily access whatever book we need to have. Our classrooms had a smart board with projector for ppt presentations. About sport, for us faculty are not allowing us to play.weekly once we had a sports period but still we can't go and play and we have to sit inside the classrooms only during entire the whole sports period. Some students often maintain accounts and pages on college atmosphere, life in campus etc... to showcase in Instagram.

I had applied for Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Gayatri Vidya Parishad college, Vishakapatnam and Vishaka college, Vishakapatnam and Vignan institute of information technology(viit), vishakapatnam.I got Viit so I confirmed my admission in first councelling because most of the people around me said that it is a best college for placements and I also researched about the college and seen the rating of the college. The exams accepted for our college are Icet, EAMCET and also these two exams are most preferred by students.

Faculty to student approach is somewhat good that means some faculty can clear doubts but some are didn't and they don't even have awareness on subject . Teaching wise all faculty are good except some. We have weeklies , 2 mids and semester for every semester. If they skip weeklies and conduct only mids and sem it is better to study. It is difficult to write exam every week.

Our college facilitaites with library, canteen, stores for stationary and snacks items.closing and opening of these places are from 8:30 am to 5pm. Our college timings are for Btech 8:30am to 3:30 pm and for masters students 10am to 5pm.There were some places where we can chill out with friends and having fun also have some peace of mind.Those are safe and secure to roam at any time.
