Detailed review of my college at Collegedunia

Oky so in our college they conducts presentations in which teachers provide topic to students and they have to make their presentations, and present in front of teachers and all students it will help us in future how to prepare presentations and how to present in front of our seniors. Time to time group discussions are done and quizzes takes place. Many seminars were take place in the college, that help us to know more about athe course curriculum and the outcomes. College is affiliated to University of Lucknow & AKTU, so all the syllabus comes under their courses.

If you had choosen BBA (NEP) so you are eligible after 3rd year (5th semester) to sit in a college placement, and incase you choosen a BBA Retail so after 1.5 Year you will get a internship od rest of the year that will pay you and teach you so its good thing. Many companies visited like Startek, HCL, Wipro, TCS, Cedcoss, TechMahindra, Cognizant etc and the offer made my HCL is 6 to 7 LPA and the average package is also a 6 to 8 LPA. Students get placement depending upon their skills also, if i want to say so i will suggest you do some other courses that will add skills to your resume as well as with your degree, so you have a high chance of getting placement. 75 percent of students got placement.

There is a fee structure of BBA in GIHSM is 66000 but they give discount to all students and then it would be 55000 for first year that includes 1000 rupees admission form charges and after first year fees would be 54000, one thing more the admission cell would tell you that we will only providing discount to you on the basis of your 12th percentage but its a lie because my batchmates who are having less then 60 percentage they also get discounted fees which is 55000, and you can pay yearly, quarterly and monthly also, College also enables a EMI plan that allows the account department to debit from the bank account on the monthly basis so these were the fees structure and fees paying facility. In this fees all the things are covered like lab fees, library fees, tuition fees and caution money, Transport fees may be vary from distance to distnace (for eg if your home was more than 18 km then transport fees will be 33000 per year), as i already told you it may be vary to vary depending upon the distance of tour home to college. There is little bit fees change in scholarships (i didnt apply for scholarship but as much i heared that there is difference of 2000 to 3000 in fees) There is no merit need they usually say if you have more than 60 percent so we will give you discount and your fees will be 55000 (1st Year) and then 54000 per year, but in reality they provide same discount to all students because i already told in above paragraph that some of my batchmates having 54 percent and some of them having 50 percent they also got same discount so its nothing change, they will tell you but these were admission cell strategies for making more admissions.

There is no fresher provided to you and as per my knowledge fresher party is not given to the students from last 2 years. There is a dandiya night event in the October 2024 and the fest was recently held in February 2025, that includes Esports events, Classical dance, Sports events, Cultural activities, Dj Night etc. I dont know about the social group or any student portal but sometimes seniors manage all the functions and seminars.

I choosen this college because my elder sister suggest me, she was also a ex student in this college and graduated in 2021, so she told me that teachers are good, there are less functions as compared to other colleges, they mainly focus on the studies and providing quality education. When i visited college, i also take reviews from students and they give me a positive reply, so it was a good sign for me. I also visited SRMU, but their students told me that this college is only having fun and other activities, not focus on career, there will be no placement opportunity, so i come to GOEL. Placement rate is more than rest of the college. If you take this college seriously, Goel would be best option for you. There is no entrance exam but if you scored less than the percentage criteria for 12th standard after all admissions were full, there is entrance exam for you.

Faculties are good and properly trained and if the professor is not in the class so next will ne assigned shortly and i can say within 10 to 15 min next teacher would come and start teaching you. After completion of a lecture, teacher will only leave the classroom when other teacher arrived, so its a good thing that when one teacher go then second would come. Lunch break would be off 30 min and in that 30 min 7 to 8 teachers were on a round some of them in a canteen area some of them on a round, so its a good thing. Faculties are good and having experience of teaching, like our HOD Sir, he teaches us Business Communication, he is having so much knowledge and he teaches us without any books and notes, so teacher having great experience that will help you in making better person.

I didnt take hostel faciltiy and i didnt visit college at night because my home is too far from my college which is about to distance of 20 to 25 KM one side but there is a Nescafe Cafe and the canteen in which huge vatiety of food is available.
